Welcome to Kansas City Systema!Conveniently located in the downtown Kansas City area (1-2 blocks south of the Sprint Center), our school provides highly effective, practical concepts designed to improve one's physical, psychological, and spiritual abilties through the Russian martial art known as Systema. Russian Systema teaches one how to defend against outside forces in a non-destructive manner. It is an art designed to strengthen mind, body, and spirit. Therefore, it is a great art the entire family will enjoy. |
